The front desk was very friendly. We arranged a first row ocean view room. The experience was perfect and better than Sandals

Lovely boutique hotel unlike the larger all inclusive sandals etc . Very quiet when we were there . Stayed in a 1 bedroom suite , had a kitchenette and all utensils required should you want to cook - we didn’t ! Two bars and restaurants on site . Breakfast included if you booked direct which we did and very good it was too . Staff were lovely . Right on the beach front , absolutely beautiful. A few negatives- not enough towels provided daily and some minor decoration issues need attending too . Lots of mozzies so take protection .

SBC is a lovely little boutique hotel! Simple accommodations so not quite a 4-star hotel. I'm admittedly picky about hotels. Rooms are clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast is included. Food is a little pricey but really good. The beaches are well maintained where you can order drinks and food from your chair or cabana. The staff at SBC make the stay. Helena, Stacy-Ann, Que, Janelle, Marlon, and Delroy are always smiling and provide a warm welcome. There is a floating tiki bar close by and recommend you head out on the water where Dave, the bartender, provides a tasty rum punch and fun music! If you don't want to stay at an all inclusive, SBC is a great place with several restaurants in walking distance.

What a lovely little gem of a hotel. Secluded away in an oasis of palm trees and its own lovely beach area. All of the staff were delightful and friendly. With warm welcomes and goodbyes as well. We only stayed two nights to round off a Caribbean trip but wished we’d stayed longer. Food was excellent at the restaurant and also a lovely little beach bar too.

On the booking it asks for “special request”, (we asked for 1 hour early check in if possible because of our plane arrival time) and when we arrived she said it wasn’t possible. No problem! We know sometimes it isn’t possible. Went to the bar without complaint for an hour until the 3pm time she gave us to retrieve the key. When we got there we saw the original receptionist was on phone so I spoke to the colleague next to her (A family was sitting in lobby but no one at the reception desk). I said hello and told the colleague we had checked in but were back as instructed to get the room key, please. I was polite (In customer service 25 yrs). She said “ok I’ll need to ask her” and turned to the woman on phone (not sure if she interrupted her) and suddenly the woman on phone stood up and yelled at me “ma’am I’m going to need you to go ahead and take a seat!”. Like I was some unruly passenger on an airplane?? My husband was ready to tell her off and leave, but I chose not to further escalate the situation. I won’t allow anyone to bait me into meeting them on the low road. Once settled, I went back and said how she spoke to me was not ok and I had done nothing deserving of such treatment. She said “I’m sorry you’re offended” (not a real apology). I told her that actually it seemed as though my presence somehow offended her because I hadn’t even spoken to her. She said it was because she was already helping the other people in the lobby. I pointed out that I had no idea that she was helping them as they were not at the counter, and anyhow my inquiry was to her colleague (who wasn’t on the phone or speaking to anyone else), NOT her, so it made no difference. This time she apologized for “upsetting me” and said she did not want to damper our stay. Better, but too late, the unprovoked behavior ruined the stay. Asked or 1 hour late check out because of our flight departure time, which is normal in most 4 star hotels, and they did give it to us. We are from St Martin here visiting Antiguan friends. They brought us here for dinner the night before and we loved the location so decided to book. Safe to say, not how we expected to be treated, not 4 stars, never coming back. Rooms need updating, no washcloths, no water pressure. Woken at 7:30am by staff using a leaf blower outside the building. The beach is lovely, but for us that was it. Stayed on July 6, 24

Just had a fantastic stay with my family. Stayed for 2 weeks . It was our first time at this resort and it will definitely not be our last. We were VERY impressed. From the property facilities condition to the excellent food quality, to the beautiful beach and great pools, we were very pleased. But what REALLY amazed us was the hotel's staff and their attentive service. HIGHLY recommend this hotel! We would love to come back again.

Just left this hotel after 2 nights and I’m so upset I didn’t stay longer!! This hotel is small and BEAUTIFUL! The Beaches are Beautiful, the Garden is Beautiful and the rooms are Beautiful! The ambiance is everything you’re looking for at a Caribbean hotel on the beach! This hotel is giving something out of a romantic comedy or something! There is bar and a restaurant right on property so you need not worry about finding food or drinks. The restaurant and bar are great. They Could stay open a little longer but it’s all good cause I doubt they want folks from the neighboring resorts finding their way over after hours tearing the place up. The pool was nice could be made over a bit but who wants the pool when the beaches are as stunning as they are. There is a ton of shade from the surrounding trees and Garden that this hotel is built into. It felt so much cooler at this hotel than the resort we came from. Because there is so much foliage and garden there are also more bugs and mosquitoes/Nat’s but hey throw some bug spray on and enjoy your stay! The property is clean and well kept. Rooms are clean, modern and spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful. Siboney gets a 5/5 from this traveler!! Fellas take your wives for a few nights and thank me later!!

The hotel is located in Dickinson Bay, adjascent to the Sandals, Buccaneer Hotel and many more. It has a very nice, soft sandy beach, warm waters, very clean. The hotel offers, towers, sunbeds and umbrella all included in room rate. Breaksfast is also nice with a quite vast selection of the menu included in room rate. My room at ground floor (101) was spacious, offering a living room, a well equipped cuisine (did not make use of it), very nice and big bedroom, closets and safe. Closets are also available in the corridor. Daily cleaning and changing of towels. Air conditioning in both rooms . Spa is also good offering a very interesting experience when suburned :) Personnel very assistive and polite, helped me on selecting a tour and made my stay very easy. As a destination, Antigua and Barbuda is a beautiful country, with relaxed rythms and quite safe. Recommended both for couples and families
